Return conditions
You return within the return period. With articles from SEENDS there is always a return period of 14 days. The return term starts on the day you receive the product.

The product is in the original packaging (as far as possible).

Products that you can not return:
Gift cards and cards
Products that for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable to be returned and of which the seal is broken
After we have received your product (s) you will receive the (rest) amount on your account.

How do I return my products?
That is very easy! Give us a call in advance so that we can handle the return as quickly as possible for you. Send an email to info@seends.shop and mention your order details and which product (s) you send back. Complete the sent withdrawal form and send this form with your product (s). Save your shipping receipt. We can trace your shipment if something goes wrong.

Exchange? No problem!
Send us your product within 14 days of receipt. We ensure that you can receive your new product the day after we have processed your product in the warehouse.
Please in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).

Cheaper product found that meets your needs? You will receive the remaining amount after receipt on your account.

Is your new product more expensive? You will receive a payment request from us for the remaining amount. After receiving your payment we will send the product to you.


How do I exchange my product?
This is pretty simple! Send an email to info@seends.shop. State your order details and indicate which product (s) you want to exchange. Complete the withdrawal form and send this form with your product (s). Save your shipping receipt. We can trace your shipment if something goes wrong.
