I still think it's filthy but children are completely wild of it, making slime themselves! Everywhere you are you see self made slime and this isn't noticed my son. So as a mother we've all had nights like those and if you don't want to transformed your home into a slime factory you don't have any other options. I once started searching the internet and came across a DIY slime package.

What's in the DIY slime package?
A manual (not entirely unimportant for the ignorant mothers among us)
2 bottles of mucus glue
2 pots of slime activator
baking soda
a bag of glow in the dark powder
2 bottles of dye
jar with glitter
a spoon
2 wooden stirring rods
a cup

The only thing you must have at home is a bowl for the slime.

And now i must really do this... Making slime for the first time. I still think it's a dirty idea, but everything for your child, you know. I put down a placemat to limit the damage.

Step 1: prepare all materials. So that you don.t have to search for some things with your slime hands.

Step 2: put the whole bottle of slime glue into the bowl.

Step 3: Now you are going to color the slime. Throw the colors / glitters / glow in the dark (whatever you like) into the bowl. add another 1/2 of 'baking soda'. Stir this together with the wooden stirrer who is supplied!

Step 4: Put the whole bottle of 'slime activator' in the bowl. Stir this together until it has some firmness and it starts to look like slime.

Step 5: Remove the slime from the mold and knead it with your hands. If the slime is still too sticky, add a tiny bit of baking soda every time. Until it is no longer sticky.

Congratzzzz, You did it!

Secretly I have to admit that it is pretty fun ... and the mess is also quite easy (my house has fortunately not become a slime factory). Now I understand why children are so wild about making there own slime. You can gave it so many (different) colors, infinite variety.

And after all it's very good for there manual dexterity!
