I don’t sweat, I sparkle waist belt.

Who isn't dreaming about a flatter stomach or a few centimeters less around? I do! That's why I gathered all my courage and started working with the waist belt.

Let's sparkle!

The waist belt is a band made of neoprene, worn around the belly (yes, really?) with the aim of losing centimeters locally. The waist belt exerts corrective pressure on the abdomen and causes local sweating. Go on the treadmill with the belt (or any other cardio device, whatever you want!). Firmly due to walking is enough to get sweat, Believe me! Are you a real Die Hard, then you can also set the treadmill at higher speed or run outside to lose those centimeters extra quickly!

Resume: Of course you have to do something for it. It is unfortunately no wonder agent! But it certainly helps you to lose some extra centimeters around your waist. By local sweating you create moisture loss, which then creates a leaner belly and waist.

Tip: Use cling film to sweat extra! Wrap your waist (directly on the skin) with cling film, waist belt over it and just go with the flow!
